Adult Min/Max Dose: 2.5mg/20.0mg

Drug-Drug Interactions
Contraindicated Drug Combination: Clearly contraindicated in all cases and should not be dispensed or administered to the same patient: CGMP SPECIFIC PDE TYPE-5 INHIBITORS/NITRATES - Increased effect of the latter drug
Moderate Interaction: Assess the risk to the patient and take action as needed. SILDENAFIL; TADALAFIL/ITRACONAZOLE; KETOCONAZOLE - Increased effect of the former drug SILDENAFIL; TADALAFIL/PROTEASE INHIBITORS - Adverse reaction of the former drug CGMP SPECIFIC PDE TYPE-5 INHIBITORS/ALPHA-BLOCKERS - Increased effect of the former drug

Pediatric Warning: NOT STUDIED AGE<18YRS. NOT INDICATED FOR CHILDREN, NEONATES.
Lactation Precaution: RAT STUDIES SUGGEST EXCRETION OCCURS. DRUG NOT INDICATED IN NURSING MOTHERS.
Pregnancy Possibly Safe: NOT INDICATED FOR WOMEN.
Geriatric Precaution: DOSE ADJ. FOR MILD-MOD. HEPATIC IMPAIR. & MOD-SEV. RENAL IMPAIRMENT

Most Frequent: Abdominal Pain with Cramps, Dyspepsia, Headache Disorder
